Democracy and England

We are lead to believe that we live in a democracy with rights?
Well if that is true why is it that some Johnny foreigner can make an allegation against an Englishman, and have him or her arrested and deported to some foreign hell hole without charge and leave them to rot until they decide to hold a trial.
The Labour party signed up to this, its called "the European Arrest Warrant".
A case of "sod your rights as an Englishman whose right to trial by his peers" goes out the window courtesy of the Labour party.
Locally, two men were tried, found guilty, and sentenced to ten years apiece for attempting to burn down the Mosque (that wasn’t because it was not fully built or blessed) on what I believe was the flimsiest of evidence.
No DNA, No Fingerprints, just the pattern of a trainer that has been sold to millions of teenagers, (not a match) and no CCTV footage in an area festooned with CCTV camera’s?
Personally I believe that they were convicted on what one (a soldier) said on Facebook (11 months previously?) when he saw Muslim extremists burning Poppies, rather foolishly stating “we should burn the Mosques”, and their affiliation allegedly with right wing groups (EDL and the BNP).
In fact the local rag (Sentinel) made a point of these allegations in every one of its reports.
Although neither is an illegal group to be a member of, and I bet more than one person became irate and made statements worse than this when the Muslims committed this atrocity.
I am not excusing in any way if these two did commit this crime, and would have agreed to the sentence if there had been evidence proving them guilty, but I have serious doughts.
There goes your freedom of speech.
The right to belong to a ”legal political group of your choice without interfearance.
Well we all know the answer to that one don’t we?
As long as its Labour its ok, otherwise we will smear, lie, and demonise you.
At Elections their supporters (UAF/Searchlight) will kick, spit on you, and thump you.
Visions of 1930s Germany come to mind.
On 8 August 2009, some 35 UAF thugs were arrested by police in Birmingham for public violence.
This will followed on 19 August 2009, when a further 19 UAF thugs were arrested by police for violence committed outside the BNP's Red, White and Blue festival.
On 10 October 2009, some 48 UAF thugs were arrested in Manchester for public violence, and on 22 October 2009, a UAF demonstration against Nick Griffin's appearance on the BBC's Question Time programme was marked by a UAF attack on the police which resulted in serious injuries to no less than three police officers.

On 31 October 2009, eight UAF thugs were arrested in Leeds for public order offences.
On 20 March 2010, some 55 UAF thugs were arrested in Bolton for public violence, including UAF secretary Weyman Bennett on suspicion of conspiracy to commit violent disorder.

In a statement issued after the arrests, police in Bolton specifically blamed the UAF for provoking violence and said that Bennett’s UAF thugs had "acted with, at times, extreme violence."
On 30th August 2010, another 14 UAF thugs were arrested in Brighton, East Sussex. A police statement issued after that attack said that a “group from the counter-demonstration (UAF) resisted this [police wishes to keep both demonstrations apart] and threw missiles at the police."
The evidence is clear and obvious: the UAF organisation is nothing but an extremist, violent, far left Trotskyite front organisation, bent on causing anarchy and violent confrontation.
The long list of UAF violence and attacks on the police and members of the public shows a clear trend in behavior for this ultra-violent organisation. This makes it even more outrageous that Mr Cameron is a signed-up founder UAF member.

These fascists stormtroopers will stoop to any level to attack those who will not bend, and submit to their will.
Attacks with darts on a MEP (in clear sight of the Police who did nothing)Hammer attacks on BNP personal, and threats to organisations that dare to allow them their right of free speech, and to stand in elections.
One of our members stood in the Sandyford and Goldenhill ward and the Residents Association was threatened if he was invited to the hustings.
Luckily the chair had the bottle to tell them to go to Hell, but this is sadly not an isolated case.
These organisations (UAF/Searchlight) are supported by no less than Labour, and Cameron the leader of the Conservative party.
After all we don’t want to rock the two party system do we?
It beggars belief that these two party’s support and condone a violent left wing communist group such as the thugs of the UAF/Searchlight, yet demonise the BNP.
Why are Labour and the Tory’s not charged with “incitement to commit violence” as by their support they condone the UAF thugs actions.
Proven hypocrites, liars and thieves, yet they dare to criticize others.
Freedoms and rights, what a wonderful dream that would be.
